Pricing

Subscription access plus translation credits.

WriterBridge is a digital software service for independent authors. Writers pay for account access and prepaid credits used to run AI-assisted novel translation workflows.

What customers pay for

Pricing is designed around access to the writing workspace and the real AI cost of translating chapters. Checkout always shows the final amount before payment.

Current access

Private beta access

$0 while invited beta access is active

Private beta access is used for product testing and early translation workflow feedback. Paid plans are not charged until a Paddle checkout shows the final amount and renewal terms.

Paid plans

Subscription access

Shown before checkout

Paid subscriptions provide access to the WriterBridge author workspace, story and chapter organization, translation review tools, and account features.

Prepaid usage

Translation credits

Shown by credit pack

Credit packs are used for AI-assisted translation and generation jobs. Credits are consumed based on chapter length, model usage, target language, retries, and processing cost.

How credit usage works

A short chapter usually costs fewer credits than a long chapter with a large story bible, glossary, character list, and difficult target language. WriterBridge tracks usage so writers can understand how translation jobs consume credits.

  • Input size: chapter text, story context, glossary, and instructions.
  • Output size: translated chapter text and structured review data.
  • Model cost: provider pricing and retry/failure handling.
  • Review workflow: segment generation, edits, and export preparation.

Digital delivery

Account access is delivered online after signup or payment. Purchased credits are added to the user account after payment confirmation and are consumed as translation jobs run.

Paddle may appear on receipts, invoices, or card statements when Paddle is the Merchant of Record for a purchase.

If a payment succeeds but subscription access or credits do not appear, contact support@writerbridge.app for billing support.

Pricing rules and customer terms

These are the key commercial rules customers should understand before buying WriterBridge access or credits.

WriterBridge sells digital software access and prepaid usage credits.

Paddle may act as Merchant of Record for paid purchases, including payment processing, invoices, tax calculation, and payment support.

Users see the final price, billing period, included credits, taxes, and payment terms in checkout before payment.

Purchased credits are delivered to the user account after payment confirmation from the payment processor.

Credits already consumed by completed AI processing jobs may be non-refundable because provider costs may already have been incurred.

Users must own or control the rights to manuscripts they upload and translate.
