Information we collect
WriterBridge may collect account information such as name, email address, login details, billing status, plan information, support messages, uploaded manuscript text, story metadata, chapter text, glossary terms, translation outputs, usage logs, and payment-related records.
How we use information
We use information to provide account access, process translation jobs, maintain story workspaces, calculate usage credits, support users, improve reliability, detect abuse, comply with legal obligations, and operate billing and security systems.
AI providers and processors
To provide AI-assisted translation, WriterBridge may send relevant chapter text, source language, target language, glossary terms, and contextual notes to AI model providers and infrastructure processors. We limit shared information to what is needed to provide the requested service.
Payments
Payment information may be processed by Paddle or another payment processor. WriterBridge does not need to store full payment card numbers. Payment processors handle payment details according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Data retention and deletion
Users may request account or manuscript deletion by contacting support@writerbridge.app. Some billing, security, and compliance records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business needs.
